I’m trying to do more cooking and baking. Here’s a recipe I’ve created.

Potato Chip & Sour Cream Casserole

INGREDIENTS
Large bag of regular potato chips, the ripple kind
Container of sour cream
Additional container of sour cream for garnish

9×13 pan

Layer chips in pan; layer sour cream; repeat layer of chips; repeat layer of sour cream. Repeat until you run out of either the chips or sour cream. Set aside remainder of either for dessert. Use extra sour cream for garnish.

Serve immediately.

Serves one.

Yes, this. Yes, chip-sagna! Why don’t my friends make this at parties? I will have to try it and set a good example for them. My friends *do* often serve chips with a dip composed of sour cream, onion, and paprika.

Sour cream is really amazing. And such an important step in the proper enhancement of potato chips.

I’m going to see you and the rest of Cinematic Titanic in Greenville, SC in March. I was thinking of bringing you all cookies for the meet and greet as a token of appreciation for your work. …Do people do that, or is that a faux pas? I don’t want to seem like a crazy fan bent on poisoning you all with my weirdo baked goods.
